You remember my cool sniper avatar? I picked some colors which fit to forums layout. Also added some text, and chopped some corners.

Text is cut off a bit too much + gradient makes it even harder to read.
And yeah, too blurry. Try finding some crisper shots.
Other than that - it's somewhat boring and generic, but OK design-wise.
