Question about donation !

i mean like that im gonna get a programmer team for my zombie server and we are trying to make some money with it.
so can i add a currency to my game that you will be able to gain by paying some money with paypal ?

I'm not sure how possible it is to make a Soldat script to get information from a Paypal account.

But to be honest, I doubt you'll get any donations at all. Unless your server has something super awesome that no other server has - players will just go to other servers that can offer the same thing for free. That's one problem.
Another problem is that modded and scripted servers aren't very populated, so you probably won't get many players in the first place.

As for if it's legal or not - dunno. Read the manual and license agreement - things like that are usually written in there.

Well you are right as for legal or not. Is illegal cause you need to give ddv to country and it's 20% of your money that you get from customers.

that money is spent on server hosting and donors don't get any advantage over others on the servers hosted. This kid here wants to give in-game cakes to people who send him real money. Something tells me MM won't like that.

My site has a paypal donation button. Although it has never been used and it does not give any in-server bonuses.

This is quite possible, but it would require that the server is not running in safe mode. You could use GetURL to read from the paypal site. Im sure there is an easy way to get info from the paypal site from an outside program because i have seen sites where this kind of thing has worked.
