Whats the buzz about the game? A virtual world with no limits?
well...
#1 - It's pretty much like virtual lego. You can build interesting stuff. Your dreamhousecastle, for example. :P
#2 - Survival, crafting and monsters. You can find different kinds of items and minerals, craft stuff and build something interesting. It's even more fun because monsters stand in your way.

It's a strange game. It doesn't seem like much at first sight (I actually heard about it a long time ago but wasn't interested in it because of graphics), but then one day I finally tried it and got really hooked up on it. :P Not sure what, but there's something about Minecraft that is really addicting.

Oh wow. Reminded me of the 5th Element or something like that. Impressive-looking.

I will never understand....
I'm drunk right now. I feel compelled to go to battle. This lamp in front of me has no chance. Die lamp die. Your light is gone. I have won.

Minecraft is pretty cool, but when I realized that the world just keeps getting bigger and bigger the further you go, I dunno, but exploration started to seem pointless as pretty much anything is then becomes limitless (in the limits of what my pc can handle). I only tried it out for just 12 hours one day and started getting bored with it. I know it's a sandbox game, but normally you play games to forget work and here I found myself digging, chopping, killing, crafting and making crude kinky sculptures and it was too much work to just be able to wander and enjoy your own little world. Plus it sucked at night time, unless you had the game in peaceful mode or whatever, you were hiding from stupid spiders and monsters. Either way you had to have a constant supply of torches. But, if it's your thing... it's a pretty neat creation none the less.
