In my opinion, the actual window size should be the same as whatever the user set for two reasons: (1) when in fullscreen, no resolution change has to be done when joining and leaving a server, and (2) when in windowed mode, if the user has something in the background he wants to see while playing Soldat, he can easily tell if it will be visible when in-game or not (e.g. IRC chat) since the window never changes sizes.

In my opinion it shouldn't be built-in. Scripting is there for a reason. It's up to people hosting servers whether add it or not.I'd rather see some default scripts pack shipped with soldatserver pack.

Because the thread topic is so bad I'll just say something about the first suggestion:There is already a Balance_Teams=1 option in the soldat.ini.I'm not sure if it works well but as it seems people prefer to use scripts for balancing for some reason.
