Where do you see yourselves in 10 years?

What do you think your situation will be in 10 years? Wife? Kids? Still using the same old semi-squishy fleshlight?

Today got me thinking, out of no apparent reason, about the future. Where is it all going? Granted, university's up, and I could by all right still be in school by then, but what if I'm not? What if I'm actually out there living my life?

It's a scary thought, one that I shall elaborate on in a bit. Please feel free to post some of your ideas, about where in your life you'll be, and what you'll be doing. Doesn't have to work-related, just anything that comes to mind or any place your see yourself in.

And no 2012 jokes.

I'll be 30 untill then...if I'll find a proper woman I'll be probably married by then and have at least 2 kids. As to work - I hope I'll find one after finishing my University and getting Master degree (which I hope to get, too).

Probably married and settled in my own house, as my own man.
I'll have had my first child for sure, planning on calling him Boleslaw, or Tamir.
I see myself still playing Soldat every now and again out of boredom if not nostalgia, and catching trouble for that at work. Probably somewhere in the higher-middle levels of a company, or maybe even my own small business.
And I see myself having a nifty collection of proper firearms.

At 32 years old, I'll be married with 2-3 kids, living in a decent sized house and making a decent amount of money.  I'll have 2-4 books published.  I'll be a third degree black belt in judo.  I'll be a proficient pianist.

Basically, I'll be everything I am now (except for the marriage part), only with 10 more years of work put in.

I'm 33 right now and just finished a fast track course in programming. But, at 43, I have no idea.. as long as it's interesting, I own some property either in northern Alberta or the Northwest Territories and I'm comfortable. I will still be playing Soldat however, so you bitches better be around still to keep the servers alive.

I would really like to travel to or work in Africa and just visit several different cultures in my lifetime, but we'll see. I'm poor as a stone at the moment and if I can become moderately successful - that is be able to save some money for trips, I'll be happy.

That, or splattered out on the inside of my windshield due to some freak accident, involving 5 pineapples, 2 litres of diesel and a trained aid monkey. No one will ever know what happened, but my legacy lives on.

I'll have my job and my loans basically paid off. Its hard to imagine myself as a yuppie though.  Its hard to even look that far into the future since if I look 10 years in the past I was learning multiplication and playing through pokemon Red/Yellow for the hundredth time through.

In ten years... who knows what the hell life will be like. I hardly know what tomorrow is going to be like. I seriously can't look that far into the future with any certainty. I second:

Either a 31 year old virgin still living with my parents, or a 31 year old virgin living in my own apartment making money off freelance art/design stuff and a generic part-time job. Orr if I'm lucky, I might be working with some game developers on something awesome.

I'll be some kind of programmer, maybe indie developer, maybe work in a team with others, but not employed by any big company. I'm a bit too free thinking to be able to work like that. I'll try to keep Soldat alive as long as possible. If it manages to stay after 10 years I'll probably still be working on it in one way or the other. I'm also thinking about maybe getting a cat sometime after I get my own home/place to live. If I'm able to afford it by then, I will also have a car powered by anything better than gas. I will have released at least one (maybe two) good games which I've done myself.

Other than that my life will just be a random series of events which make up the fun and interesting part of it.
