Allow picking up the flag right after spawning

currently you cannot take a free flag right after spawning while you are invulnerable. i suppose this was changed in 1.6.2 for a reason unknown. in earlier versions you picked the flag instantly after spawning if you spawned near enough.

i think there were no problems in the way it worked earlier and i don't see any reasons for it to be changed. [pigtail]

Leave it as it is now.
+ reduce slightly the time you're invulnerable ( and can't grab the flag ) at spawn.

EFCs hiding in enemy base are enoght annoying to kill. I think some help for returners would be nice...

Yeah, on maps like Laos returning the flag can be a real pain in the ass - EFC hides in spawn, you kill him, and suddenly 3 more people spawn right on top of the flag and grab it. I think this was a good change and should definitely stay, only maybe with some tweaks to how long the delay is.
