->Smaller size is no problem. I didn't realize they were going to be this big until I saw my post.
->More fps is an issue because the gif's have to be under 2mb for me to upload so I have to put limitations on the frames limited.
->Idk how to fix anti-aliasing. It might be my graphics card problem (Intel(r) HD Graphics Corei3) but there's nothing I can do about that. Anyone have any suggestions?

EDIT:
For size, is this better?

Yep this is better

Make sure there are no black frames in the gif like in the Nadetap Un-Prone Cancel one.

Anti-aliasing works if you set resolution to be not higher than 480 pixels. In other words - AA should work fine in 640x480, 800x480, etc. Doesn't matter if full-screen or windowed.

what's the easiest way to make such gifs from soldat?
For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

Me and Bullet use http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.html

But there is also http://www.cockos.com/licecap/ which is free and open-source.
