How to make these weps?

So how to make these mods:
1) weapon jump/flight: when fired, does no damage, it basically just pushes you foward so it looks like you fly faster than jet fly or jump
2)weapon teleport: teleports you and after teleport you have X speed/velocity in direction you were aiming before using weapon

just like in heretic mode,
please help

If I remember right it should work like that:

open "weapons.ini"
select a weapon of your choice (I suggest chainsaw)
set "push" to a pretty high amount

That's the way of the race mode works like

I put 7k of push, its not working... someone help please
