The lower route is very useless and will only serve to very much annoy everyone when the flag falls down there through a bridge and everyone has to try to go get it while being spray-pushed down to the emptiness of space.

The upper route should diverge more like it does in the middle, because now this is basically a long one-route map and those rarely work.

I like the death-style flag and spawn placement and the jumppads, first time I've really seen them used properly and usefully.

I think, a map too big. I would leave all as is, but as a whole of the smaller sizes. On a map it is difficult to be oriented. In the rest looks well, but there can be space too black.

i love how you always seem to use some translation machine hudo :D *apllaud* for that, and i agree with both of you, hudo and boxo, i know the map isn't that playable, i was making it basicly only for those jetfighters and the idea of actually usable jumppads and teleporters (an earlier version had teleporters that teleported you directly into the lower rout without having to go all the way to the edge of the map.)

Let me guess, the player got stuck in the middle of the polygon without a chance of getting out of it? Check my ctf_omega, I got the teleporters working there fully.

Btw, I think ill do a serious surgery to your map to make it more playable.

do that ;)

the teleporters were working without random stuck-launches, but still they were to random because sometimes they didnt launch at all, on the other hand i thought the lower route wouldnt fit very well to be usable this way. i think different now having tested it, the lower route should be accesible via teleports again ;>

private webspace > imageshack. this excess of traffic happened the first time now. i guess it happened because i directly linked many forum avatar / signature pictures to it.

this is made so much funnier by the fact that you're like "private space > imageshack"

This is also why I have so much space allowed for forum attachments, so either use that or a more reliable host.  Even though your private host may be longer in the short run, this is a problem for when people want to look through old maps on the forums or anywhere else and end up looking at this page

my private host has always been very good until the point where i uploaded the PNG overviews for the MotW to it. that quickly overloaded the webspace because PNGs are still fairly big and many people read those news @ selfkill.
the webspace traffic will be reset with new years eve and it'll all work fine. i'll from then on host the PNGs somewhere else. the private space really is better than imageshack, because you're way more independent and it's quicker.
it's also ensured that old maps stay online... it's really just the traffic, i hosted the new maps on a different webspace which isnt overloaded and will never get overloaded. webspace > imageshack ;P

Like I've said before, get photobucket, you have 1GB space and 10GB of actual bandwidth a month, it works great. :)

//offtopic//Yumago, Photobucket looks good to you, but think of it this way : that overview for space ? Yeah, it's 258 kb, so for all intents and purposes, one quarter of a megabyte. About a thousand megabytes to a gigabyte, or four thousand. Now multiply that by ten and you have your 10 gb allowance, or about 40 000 unique views which I'm sure that Avarax would overload in a couple days :) And this only includes these rather small, 258 kb files, larger maps with all those little screenshots in them could easily reduce that maximum limit to around 10 000 which is simply inadequate for someone who hosts that darn much. Plus the fact that imageshack is better in all ways :)//offtopic//

Ontopic, it looks like a great map. The only possible problem I see is that, since the background is so dark, it might be hard to distinguish anything on my low-brightness monitor. I'm downloading the map now.

Edit: Alright, new concern is it's size. That map is huge (or at least feels that way) ! In fact, I wouldn't see any problem having a seven or even eight on eight match on it. Sadly, that's also it's downside. It took me half a minute to get to Red base :p

That's a bad thing.
