The Glock 17 was the first pistol designed and manufactured by the Austrian company Glock. It is a locked breech, short recoil 9 mm Luger semi-automatic pistol with a standard magazine capacity of 17 rounds of ammunition. It uses a modified Petter/Browning barrel locking system. The G17 showed up in the early 1980s for the Austrian Army weapons trials. It entered service under the designation P80. In 1988, it entered service in the Swedish Army under the designation Pistol 88. The designation 17 is derived from the gun's being Gaston Glock's 17th patent, rather than (as sometimes erroneously stated) its unusually large magazine capacity. The Glock 17, like all Glock pistols, has a well known reputation for being extremely rugged and reliable.

The Glock pistol is one of the most used weapons on the market today. Carried by police officers, Gangsta's, and possibly even in someones sock draw at home!
You and your Soldat can now take that glock that you have stuffed in your underwear draw (assuming you have a gun), and pop heads with it. Thanks to Dairy and his wonderful Paint-drawing skills, I present to you, the Glock 17c. Whether you want to pretend to be a cop, or your just looking for a new socom skin, This is the gun for you! Commonly used for self defence, you can now pocket the Glock 17 along with your Barrett, and when times get tough, or someone gets a little to close, spray a few rounds from the 17 round magizine into his face.
I take no credit in the design of the gun, only in finding the sounds, and compiling it for your killing pleasure. The sounds were "Borrowed" from the Half Life mod..."The Specialists".

Weaponnames.txt (uses default names, except for the Glock. The interface screenie above does not show this, but its there....I assure you)

The weapons.ini file that is included has just modified the Socom variables slightly. With a tad more power, slower interval, and an enlarged clip.
Assuming that you have the original weapon set....The Glock should be viewable properly. The interface pic looks outta wack...but thats because it's out of place among the Counterstrike mod I'm using...
let me know if anything is wrong, or needs to be changed.
