General tips

What tactics have helped you most in this game, for me:

1. No autoshot. Definitely most important tip I ever got. 5 times more important in realistic. If you use autoshot your aim gets scattered and 3/4 of your bullets will be wasted. That means it will take up to 4 times as long to kill. Autoshot is only good on statguns and in 3-5 round bursts where your aim is still ok. (Depends on the gun)

2. Passing the flag. If you're almost dead, pass the flag. You can throw it through some walls, you can throw it really far (if throwing in the same direction as running). The only reason you wouldn't throw is if you are safe, or if you're an ass and only care about your own score. I'm not very good, so I often get killed right after I grab the flag. So now I pass it to the closest teammate 50% of the time.

3. Edit: Also steyr has amazing bink, if you are fighting a sniper, steyr makes all the difference, even though there's low damage.

Problem with flag throwing is it's incredibly unpredictable.
I attend grammar school, last grade, and ignorance is all around me. Well, good for them. Ignorance is bliss.

And I often can't see where it is moving if I play online. I hit the 'throw' combiantion, I see the flag near me and after a moment it just suddenly appears somewhere away from me. I don't know why, maybe lag?

No, it's somewhat random, but not much... Of course weird bugs happen like throwing backwards :P

Well it seems that it goes to the same direction where you aim. At least thats what happens every time i throw.

Or when you throw it and for some reason it sticks to random parts of the map that you're not aiming for...
And it's annoying when you throw it and it barely goes anywhere when you want it to go really far, and then the complete opposite where you go to throw it only a short way and it zooms across the map.
Lol, internets.

It's also affected by player's movement, imho.
