I found this really interesting and fun minigame through a tribute to it on newgrounds.

Death Worm -a game made with Game Maker.

You are a giant worm wrecking havoc. You burrow underground, jump up and destroy stuff. However, you are not invincible; getting hit in the head would kill you, and as you destroy stuff, you also get more resistance from your victims. Fortunately, you can consume the living for some health and if you are very low on health, underground critters will appear which give you quite a fair amount of health when eaten. Furthermore, consumption of living flesh would cause you to gain meat, making you grow in size to become more destructive.

Really fun, I highly recommend you try it.

Tips:
1) They can't see you if you're behind them.
2) The rocks may hinder you at times, but they can also be used as projectiles.
3) Be careful how you attempt to destroy vehicles, especially tanks. Hitting them at the wrong angle will cause them to explode instantaneously rather than send them flying, causing you to take damage.

Oh yeah, this one's goood.

Simple, but really addicting. Wish it had actual campaign with different maps and objectives - not a fan of high-score games. :/

I don't know, but for some reason it required the use of javascript when played online.
