able to modify max jump height for a map
just like jets are modifiable

changing gravity isn't the same thing
and that sticky is sooo out dated due to the upcoming update which includes map format changes
im simply just stating what could also be included

I don't see how this could benefit anything other than Climb maps, and one (unsupported) gamemode isn't enough to justify the time spent adding it in my opinion.

Would be nicer when this could be set for each player through scripting, could be used in many more ways then :D

Hehe, that reminded me of Knytt Stories.

This feature would add some nice possibilities to rpg/mission mods, where certain classes would have the advantage of reaching unreachable places.

Or like Knytt Stories that I already mentioned - some exploration/quest/puzzle gamemodes where you have to find additional powers to get to the end and score.


Though if adding this is too much work - perhaps it really isn't worth it. There's already a ton of custom gamemode servers which are empty most of the time, and there are more important things to work on.

i cant remember but there where a series of adventure-like climb maps
they played real nice and looked like VTT's style
cant remember. theyre on my old broken computer HDD

but just picture singleplayer/coop maps with jump powers and shit

nah i agree w/ enesce. too much work for a relatively unimportant feature.
I wish enesce would post how he prioritzed features and fixes along with their difficulty to implement as well as the progress he's made on them.
Seeing an ever-changing live thread of that would sure get more people anxious and patient for the next version to come out!
Can't think of anything original to put here...
