We've already established Michal Marcinkowski wasn't the best at spelling weapon company names when he started working on Soldat. I think it's safe to say we've established he wasn't the best at weapon terminology back then, either.
In any case, it's annoying and makes you look like an idiot; as does every other misuse of grammar, spelling and punctuation. It matters to some people, others don't give a rat's ass.

Like xtishereb said, just use 'mag' if you want to say it quicker. And 'clip' is not a shorter way of saying magazine as they are two different things. It's like saying that 'car' is just the shorter, quicker and easier way of saying 'motorbike'.

Wow. This topic made 2 pages lol. Who cares wtf the terminology is, in game we all say "ammo". I would say ammo in real life too if I was in a SWAT team or something. "Yo, can you pass me some magazines with full clips inside. The bad guys need to get the hot bullets of my gun to die."
