ctf_YinYang

By Colonel O'Neill

A map based on the chinese symbol of the Yin and the Yang.
It has already been played during a gather at #soldat.mapping and since then I added some sceneries at the upper part of the map and some colliders to modify the gameplay and make it faster so the map might appear not that big. It also fits with the ones at the lower part.
The middle route is very different for each team but I don't think it gives an advantage to the red side. You will def better while you're upper to the blue guy but from his base or if he's taken your position he'll get the advantage so I don't think it's a problem.
(I made that map because I'm gonna leave you to go to China soon :O )

Now please comment :>

Reminds me of chakapokos ctf_Ball, layout & looks. Okay pretty basic top and bottom, the mid route is cool, and I think it's pretty good balanced (imo, it prefers bravo a bit).

Playtested it twice, no one hasn't said bad word about it and many have admired the mid route.

Neat map dude! Maybe the entrances to the symbol could be a little easier, from seeing it I think players would get stuck if getting in fast. Neat work anyhow ^_^

I feel you could have used more scenery and shading around the outer edges of the map, and the yin-yang could be a little more smooth, but overall it's really nice. Good job!

Send 3 top, hold one top to defend, grab flag escape low(defender clears up passing attackers at this time)...and mid and low opposing players pose no threat in the offensive side.

Interesting, although ctf gameplay might be pretty wierd on this. Dunno if fun, but this is something fresh indeed.

I dont like the color of polygons around the symbol though.
Polygons could use some heavy shading aswell.

Cool concept though.
