The only real problem I see here is minimal sceneries on the ceilings, and it's not waypointed, so that takes away the fun of the topmost platforms. Other than that, the layout pleased me.

It is a very original and simple idea i like it although i dont like the shading/colouring of the polys ( The black Thingy in the middle of the polys)

It's nice, looks simple and fun to play, some polygons are too pointy for my taste, but oh well. :P

IMO the black lines make it cool. On the floating islands that is, not the walls surrounding the map.

They give the map a cracked look.

Overused it IMO

I was playing around with the shading on this particular map. I got similar reviews from the raters over at TMS, so I lowered the shadings a bit around the map and the islands only for me. Admittedly, it's better-looking now, but I can't post a screenshot right now :\

I'm liking the way it looks, gameplay wise, but since I probably am not going to test it, I shouldn't be critiquing. I do really like how is looks gameplay wise...It just has a fun-looking feeling to it. The "cracked" ground doesn't look too appealing but it really doesn't do the contrary. It just looks, well, moderate. When I first viewed the map, I didn't even notice them and my first impression was that it looked fun and appealing to the eyes. It is by no means and eye-sore.

I would rate this, but..since I haven't played this, I couldn't really reserve the right to do so :-\. I must say though, good work making it look fun ;).

Wait...that's an awkward position for the point match flag...with the spawn right next to it. Somebody felt like being a jerk with rating it a 1 or 0 though...only maps that have neon boxes for terrain deserve such ratings. At the very least, this map could get a 2, but I would probably rate this a 3+ based on how it played.

Yeah, the flag is in an odd spot, assuming HTF gameplay.

The massively stretched junglebacks are kind of weird, and so are the ceiling bushes; they should be comprised of more images, since they don't match the much more finely detailed trees and grass on the floor. The layout is excellent, tho'; now that I have downloaded it, I see that the overview is quite deceiving. Plenty of open space, but just enough terrain contortion to prevent spraying and stupid stuff happening. Neato!

Here (fixed some polybugs, theoretically waypointed for DM (HTF-incompatible), and moved the flag & bow to an equally strange spot, but perhaps more balanced, heh)... I needed the refresher since Avarax wants me to return to Boxo's ctf_Segment... ugh ;_;

Ooh, now that I checked this DM/HTF subforum more closely, I see this constructive reply of yours, Keron.

Thanks for the constructive crictism, and seeing past the deceivable overview (would it help if I posted how far the map was zoomed out?), and also posting a waypointed version of Arcoous.

Yeah, the layout was genius. Wish it wasn't subject to my playing around with shading. ;.;
