My first two maps

lol here are my two first maps....that is if one dosent count the failed sandcastle which is too ugly to be posted :D
I hope I'm not going agains any rules due to the P map.

I suggest you read Beginners tut:http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=7283.0 and Shading tut:http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=9049.0 and all knowledge tut http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=29244.0.
They should help you with making more variation in your maps.
Another thing is from what I can see from your maps, is that spraying will be a problem. Try to make barriers or if that is not possible for the part of map your working on, adding colliders and small dips in the poly so that players have a way to evade shots. Wish you the best and I hope you continue mapping, everyone has great potential.

Theres nothing to say really.
Critism is what you want thats what Im all about:

Castle has too simple architecture and it's too complicated for a deathmatch map.
Everyone can do map like that in one hour and It looks like you haven't even designed it.
It's just like a frustrating cathunt.

Penis is a great as an idea and I can feel your personality and heart there. 
But maps with a fancy new idea will end up to Worldtour servers where nobody plays anymore.
Sceneries are great and I see you got some sense of humor there, but they don't fulfill the requirement of layout and gameplay.

Castle: 2/10 Simple idea, simple layout and too f**king complex.
Penis: 5/10 Great idea, bad execution.

I think these two look really good for first maps, most first ones are ugly triangles badly coloured. Looks like you tried to work these two until being satisfied.

But as said above you have to think about the gameplay flow first of all, then the looks. My advice is to read the resources kindly pointed by jettlarue and to keep working this hard and you'll begin to make neat stuff.
